  • unfair grades
  • bossy group members who takes over & doesn’t deliver
  • slackers
  • everything moves slower
  • meetings don’t happen
  • off-topic conflict (personality clashes)
  • “dumbasses effect groups too!”
  • socialize instead of working
  • someone always gets left out
  • distraction while using distance solutions for meetings
  • shy people don’t feel comfortable
  • “they don’t use all my ideas”
  • leader always gets blamed
  • leader always gets reward
  • people don’t do assigned tasks

  • lying about contribution to group

  • w/group meets in a social situation to work (at restaurant) and it becomes awkward
